War on Drugs subbing second stage... Did I see that right?

Brilliant band, one of my favourites.. But are they that big to the V festival audience? Will they pull a crowd at all against Sam Smith?

The War on Drugs will struggle against Fatboy Slim and Sam Smith. Would have probably made sense to swap them with Fatboy Slim in Tuts.
