Citylink pre-booked bus travel issue.

Hi I bought Thu-Sun camping bus package and got the email from Citylink to book my bus times etc. However for some strange reason I am finding it very difficult to book it as it has rejected my Voucher code I was given.

 

I am usually good at online stuff I am still a young chap after all and perhaps im having "one of those nights" but I have been trying at it for almost an hour. Did anyone have any of the same problems redeeming their code on the Citylink website? My deadline to redeem it is tomorrow !

Click on the ticketmaster logo once on the payment page, not the evoucher one

I did, told me it wasn't available for this transaction. Done it over and over.

Definately call them mate. I got this package one year, but had to book my bus tickets again, as apparently there's a cut off date where you have to book your seat on the bus. If you've waited till after this date to book your seat and time etc, they'll make you buy another ticket.

 

hope it's not that, but what you were saying just reminded me of that.

Yeah mate my deadline is sunday so there's no issues there. Gonna give them a call and sort it out. Cheers
