1. In previous experiences , what are the sniffer dogs like on entry?

1. It's been hit and miss for me. They don't have the dogs there all day so if you're lucky you may get in when they are on a break. Been 3 times, think I've been "sniffer dogged"   once.

2. I've heard all sorts - a hole in your beer crate, inside food containers that are superglued shut after, etc.

3. They aren't too strict on this as long as you don't go OTT, you can sneak a little extra booze in your bags.

4. Judging from mine and other people's experiences I would say it's lenient in general.

I've got a related question, my mate might not have a passport in time so the only id that he will have if they ask him is his electorial id.. would the people accept this? He is 21 and looks old for his age so what are the changes of him being asked?
