How big is Worthy Farm?

I reckon the site is roughly just under two miles by just roughly 1 Mille. It works out to be about 8 mile circumference, assuming it's an oval shaped site which we know it isn't

I always thought worthy farm was the area from the top of the pyramid field - from the farm office - down to the Pyramid stage You can see how many other farmers are part of it by looking at the map on the GFL website. There must be at least 3 or 4 farms within the perimeter fence.

Can you? Do you have a link? You don't mean the normal Fine Guide map do you?

That was what I was referring to. As far as I know Eavis only owns Worthy Farm. But in the map there are Park Farm and Cockmill Farm inside the fence and just outside there are Steanbow Farm. Windinglake Farm and Penard Hill Farm. These must be other farmers land. Whoever owns Park Farm must have all of their farm taken over by the festival!

The land owned by the Eavii is bigger than that. Kings Meadow is part of the farm for instance. As far as I know the festival was held entirely on land owned by them in the eighties, and Cockmill Farm was purchased in 1985.

It was always said that the high drops were used on land that didn't belong to the farm, but I don't know how true that was.

Edit: Isn't the farm south of the diary buildings and west of the park owned (or at least used) by Emily? I seem to remember it was owned by her grandparents or something, but can't remember what it was called.
