yes look for water points on the map for cold water

for pot noodles and stuff there is a supermarket that sells them and then near the exit they have boiling water for them, I'm not sure if you're meant to use it if you're not a customer but I'm sure they won't notice

There are indeed many water points around the various campsites. 

For Boiling Water, go to Festival Angels and/or Samaritans Cabin. They provide boiling water, you can also purchase a travel mug for £5 (I think!) so you can have hot drinks/water for the duration of the festival (Providing of course you take your mug with you, if you're camping nearby like I do, its very handy).
