Going alone...kind of nervous?

Hi, I'm writing this post as I am going to be attending Reading fest today, but I'm going alone and am a bit nervous about it (mainly because I'm not yet of age and am from out of country).

I've gone to many festivals before, usually with friends, but I've never gone to a festival in the UK, so I do have a few questions about what to expect this evening when I show up on festival grounds. First of all, I was wondering if smoking weed on fest grounds is generally acceptable? Or should you be discreet about it?

All that being said, are there any other things which are more or less unique to UK festivals that I should be aware of?
