Domestically speaking from experience Ive had to deal with that for years at fest big AND small. Its not just the big acts and events who control the access us photogs get. Theres also the waivers we have to sign. Seen plenty of people not photograph an artist because the document you sign gives them full control of what youre about to produce. And Ive had lots of times when at a small fest an artist playing mid afternoon said no photos. Its just the first youre seeing at Glasto where thats happening so it seems strange when prior it was just open and a non issue

the issue with taylor is that she isnt in control of her music in full yet. Theres a clause in the language of the masters that says the owner controls the broadcast usage of a song. Its never really enforced per say as usage is in good faith by all accounts when its done and nobody ever busts out a cease and desist. So the theory is that she wouldnt do it because ( at the time ) scooter braun would just use the power he had to stop that and she would have to cut those songs from her setlist. Since theres only 2 albums left to re release, she will be in the clear really soon. That also applied to her not performing at the super bowl ( at the time ) and even coachella. I doubt she doesnt want it to be not shown cause she wants to make sure everyone sees her. And considering the Bbc is now letting a few sets be viewed by outsiders then its all the better for her anyway. Cause imagine thw headlines when the bbc website crashes due to the traffic. All the swifties will be jumping for joy cause she is the most bestest musician in the universes existence because she broke a website.

Weird, it came off and went back up yesterday so not thinking too much into it.   Surely the statement was enough of a burnt bridge, and didn’t make BBC acquiesce? Although wouldn’t be the first time a festival has bent to his whim.

Went on my first 4 mile walk / March ( faster paced walk) , since October today after letting myself go when the weather / work and will power became more of a problem. Now we have tickets and xmas / new year are iver, I feel the need to get fot and lose weight, there is the goal at the end. Two years ago when I got to 85 kls I downloaded a walking app and got down to about 81 and felt comfortable.  I take steroids as part of dealing with scarcodosis and it dosn't help with the weight loss  No drink shall I partake for at  least a month, along with re engaging with the getting fit. I am 63 end if Jan so health is a concern as well.
