really surprising that openair st.gallen can make this big RADIOHEAD announcement first. could mean different things. may Primaverasound was first but then had yesterday the Football game at the same time and didn't think of St.Gallen as a concurrent or may Radiohead are really exclusive to St.Gallen (which i don't think).

 

Openair St.Gallen has it's 40 jubilee but announcing Radiohead earlier than Glastonbury, Roskilde, Werchter, Primavera is a big thing....

any chances of tickets being sold out soon? I haven't bought yet, and I fear that a big announcement like Radiohead will make the festival sell out soon. (Didn't Blur sell out the festival pretty early?)

Why pay more just to be the first to announce a certain band? As a festival goer I rather have Radiohead and additional good band then pay more just to be the first that announced them.

Consequence of Sound are reporting Radiohead are going to tour summer festivals, and they'll be going to North America in July.
