It is, it's July and Budva is popular sea side destination in Serbia. Right now there are at least 8 buses that go every day from Belgrade to Budva, prices are around 25-30 euros it seems and it's 11-12 hour (depends on route probably) and there will be even more when it's summer.

I guess that you can buy on the spot. Maybe try to book like 2 days before just to be sure.

Thank you :) I'll try to buy it when I arrive, or do you recommend me to fly to Podgorica and take an official transfer from there?

hurts for sea dance

Don't really know the band, hope for a bigger -or more suited to my taste- headliner for the other day :)

Well, if you can find cheap plane ticket from Belgrade to Podgorica take that, I guess that you can find it now. It's a 50 minute flight and Podgorica - Budva is 90 minute bus ride which is way better than 12 hours in bus in summer

Hurts is really good live! I don't listen them at home never but I was very impressed with their performance 2 years ago. I think that you'll really like them and don't miss it.

Normally I would've taken the flight but flying Lisbon-Barca-Belgrade in less than 3 days makes me hesitate... I wouldn't say no to just sitting in a bus and arriving at my destination :)

I've watched a video from that performance, it looked good; + the crowd seems to like them so it's gonna be a nice way to end the festival! As hostmat said, the other headliner should be announced soon so wait n see!

any chance for muse to play here after kiev, on the 10th? wiz khalifa is, probably, pretty expensive, would they risk booking another even more expensive artist on this day?

I think that if Muse plays in Serbia this year that it would be some kind of one day festival or a solo concert in Belgrade organised by EXIT like the one Robbie Williams had last year.

Only Tuborg and water were on site last year but it's better to drink before entering. If you like beer you can find all kinds of beer in big shops in the city. Close to the bridge and the fortress. I could show you on the map if you want. If you want something with more alcohol try rakija and I'm recommending it and if you are really hardcore try vinjak.

Oh yeah. I forgot. There are some amazing pubs in Novi Sad. I can find them on map too. Just ask what you want to do in Novi Sad and I'll write it. Rakija is a must.

They've just added Dave Clarke and Macro Carola for techno sunday. With Nina Kraviz that day is awesome. With that they only need one or two big names for Friday and some mid sized djs and they finished with Dance Arena but they've only announced 3 of (at least) 8 bigger acts for Main stage. I hope they are goning to announce something tomorrow morning

Thanks. I've never tried Rakija or Vinjak so that'll be interesting.

We're staying about 20 mins walk south of the fortress (on the fortress side of the river). There doesn't look to be many pubs around that area so we'll probably be drinking around the pool in the days and go into town a few days and visit the beach.

Yes if you could show me a few pub recommendations. That would be awesome.

Thanks

There are many many types of Rakija, it can be sweet like some juice and it can ruin your throat for the next 30 minutes, depends. My favorite is Dunjevaca, it's made from quince (sometimes it's just called dunja, which means quince)

Pubs, my favorite are Crni Bik (black bull), The Pub and Gur-Man: I'll give you FB links because you can see some pictures (usually from parties but you can get idea how it looks like during the day) and there are maps too.

Thank you :)Doesn't it look like Skrillex on the picture they posted? I saw him in 2014 and it was one of my best concerts ever!
