I'm not super thrilled about the weather either, although it seems to be brightening up... slightly.

They normally put woodchip down, don't they? I've gone for my rubber Converse as a compromise. And I'm bringing a waterproof. Not ideal.

Looking forward to it though! I should be able to get there in time for Ghostpoet at the latest

Well I capitulated and got some for tonight off fleabay.  I'm most excited for TVOTR, had tickets for the last tour that they cancelled. But it's all good tonight.  I've brought the usual boots, the forecast says a bit of rain around 7, not ideal but could be worse.

I'm on site, it's started drizzling but a good wind should see it off. Ground's a bit soft on the south end but there's still grass everywhere. Boots should be fine. Oh and the bit at the front's open to all right now, don't know if that's normal or not here.

Had such an awesome time and wouldn't have made it without the generous folks at Efests (cheers again Lawn!)

Massive Attack and Patti were both awesome! Some much needed positive vibes and a double rainbow to boot.  Strings in Unfinished Sympathy were something else. Also enjoyed what I saw of Ghostpoet and TVOTR. 

Ground was largely fine and barely had to queue for loos, booze or food. Visiting Bad Brownie is a must!

Sound was even pretty good within the first barrier and no problem getting down there.

Great day. Ground not too bad but expect it will be worse today. Enjoyed Shura, TVOTR, Patti (legend) Slightly disappointed with Massive Attack but I watched from further back. Think these gigs always better from within the inner bit. Hyde Park underrated in my view. No loo queues, quite easy to get beer and food and I think the sound is fine. Will try and snaffle some cheapies for Mumfords. Has anyone seen any comps for them at all?
