improved skin for gold members

'gold' members can now get to use a slightly better skin with a few improved features, if they wish to use it.

Just go to the bottom of the page and select the GOLD theme from the theme-chooser.

The major difference is the use of 'ajax' when going to the next page of a topic. It doesn't actually load a new page, it instead loads the new content in the existing page.

It's a feature I've had to turn off for normal members because it doesn't load another ad, and so the ad revenue would be hit hard.
