I've never been, but friends have gone and are going again.  I'll try to work it if possible.  There's a few good things so far, never seen Mercury Rev so that'll be good, and Television have a classic album to play.  The Zombies were nice at Avalon last year, and Ibibio will get everyone bopping - maybe Os Mutantes too?  Plenty outside of my indiekid comfort zone to enjoy.

Keep this quiet but it was one of the best festivals on the circuit last year... and the year before..

Small, friendly and on a beautiful site... you can gleam stuff from my eFestival reviews on the Lunar page... and more importantly look at Kerplunk's fabulous pics...

"Lunar is a festival that is not afraid to punch well above its weight. With a line up that a festival with a capacity of double the size would be more than content with, it's one to mark in your future diaries. I came away from last year's Lunar happy to have discovered a little gem. This year it has become one of the brightest diamonds in the festival calendar."

Ooo, it's the day before my first festival of the year.  Weather forecast looks like cloud w/ a bit of rain on Saturday.  Looks like bank holiday was the lucky weekend for weather, well jealous of all the Bearded Theory goers sunshine!  Anyways I'm sure I'll have a nice laid-back time, hope all efesters going enjoy it too - found a Spotify with some of the acts.

Well, that was pretty damn good.  Just three camping fields, and plenty of space.  Everyone's up for a chat.  Great to see the kids catered for with plenty of action on the strip outside the arena.  In fact great to see kids roaming free range.  Musically it was laid-back stuff for lazy hot days, the Bimble Inn had some great folk artists turning the place silent.  Bentley were mad fun too.  Definitely one to go back to.
