Noel was great on his last arena tour and at Benicassim last year, his band are really good and the second album was so strong.

I reckon if the next album gets a little more commercial success than Chasing Yesterday, he'll outright headline in 2018.

Noel Gallagher's not gonna get any bigger. If he isn't what R+L want as a headliner now then he won't ever be.

Sadly a good shout. They've slowly been getting bigger and bigger over the years and their next album could be the one which really makes them successful.

Reading people bitch about how poor the line-up was, and yet here we are with both of them mentioned in this thread (with no objections) as potential future headliners. Line-ups nearly always look better in retrospect, it's natural for people to judge them based on what they know at that point rather than what they knew or how they felt at the time. Unfortunately it's also natural for people to refuse to accept that they have a sub-conscious that helps form their opinions.
