I'm afraid to admit there are no/few acts that I'm excited about .. but time to get stuck into spotify then for sure find some 'must see' gems

With a risk of being ridiculed .....Pulp, Blur,  Stereophonics, Editors, Gaslight Anthem, Wolf Alice, Richard Ashcroft , Imagine Dragons(mmm can you see a trend) , ... just been more out of touch the last few years and don't have tons of time to find new music... everyone fire away and I'll hit spotify

Funkyfairy, I like some of the same stuff as you (especially Pulp) and would agree with Thurlow in recommending Ezra Furman. I've also quite liked some of the Bastille and Two Door Cinema Club I've listened to. Also loveJohn Grant. Was going to say Mystery Jets but don't think they're on the poster.

Seen Two Door and Bastille, yeah quite like them both (Two door more than Bastille) - currently re-establishing myself with Bank of Horses and thoroughly loving them

Shall check out John Grant next - thanks for the recommendation

Explosions in the Sky - I have never heard of them and am not sure where to start as the two tracks I have heard so far are really good (both from All of  a Sudden I miss everyone).

Any ideas?

FF, they might be your sort of thing too.

@bennyhana22 can you advise matt?

Listened to Floating Points and Unknown Mortal Orchestra so far this afternoon;

Floating Points - very skeptical to begin with, seemed a bit too plinky plonky for me but I gave the whole album a chance and ended up enjoying it a lot.

UMO, Multi-Love - not what I expected at all, quite enjoying it though, can imagine it'll sound good live.

Definitely a promising start

I was doing the maths behind the poster

Theres approx 75 band on it, with 5  main stages these days (pyramid, other, wh, park, jp) and usually 8 acts a day on the pyramid and 9-10 on the other stages. Assuming there are none of the other stages we still have nearly as many names again to fill the main stages alone....so loads of good acts to be announced then all the great acts on the lower stages too

Exciting times :)
