Assuming same place as 2+3 years ago, mostly flat accept for the early arrivers who have a slight slope but nothing awful. 

Safe as houses (touch wood) with a very friendly sociable crowd. 

2014 was fairly wet but just drove straight out. 

Searches in 2013 were evil, 2014 practically non existent, luck of the drawer I guess.
