Babies, Kids, Families!?

Does anyone have experience of doing Bestival with a baby or young kids?

We're expecting our first child in the next couple of months and are hoping for a bit of reassurance that coming with a baby is a possibility!?

If you have recommendations, tips or just words of encouragement it would be greatly appreciated!

To say it's the most family-friendly festival in the world would be a blatant lie but the family camping field is as close to the action as you can get and there is always loads of space to camp. That's about as positive as I can be, I'm afraid.

I personally wouldn't take kids to Bestival. In the first couple of years there were loads of families and kids about but it's a very different, more hedonistic place nowadays.
