The charity food tent at Truck is really worthwhile visiting. We went in there and ate there twice a day, every day this year and all the money goes back into local charities. The Mac and Cheese, Veggie Thai Green Curry, Jacket Spuds, Steak baguettes etc were all reasonable value for a festival (Unlike the Thatchers and JD cans) and the charity donations make it a lot more palatable, literally!
Yes, the key thing is to maintain the requirement that the patient should already be suffering with an untreatable illness, that would leave them with a low quality of life, if not for assisted suicide being available.
Until recently, In Canada, they'd opened it up to all mental illnesses, which led to people choosing it as a way out if they were struggling financially. 😞 Effectively meaning the state was sponsoring the death of the poor, rather than helping them get back on their feet. (I think it's been changed now, after public outrage.)
So if Stevie does indeed pan out. Pyramid is gonna be sunday seniors night? Rod, Nile, insert subheadliner and Stevie? Lots of chairs are not moving now.
