Annual Caravan Storage wanted near Glastonbury

Hi all,

Currently bring my Caravan down from the North annually for Glastonbury but don't use it much up here so looking for somewhere to store it nearer site

Anyone got any recommendations please? Currently pay £250 a year for secure storage up here

Would save me alot of fuel and hassle towing this, does anyone do similar?

There's a place on berhill just off the A39 west of street, can't remember it's name though, small place, maybe 10 or so vans.

ours is in a place in Yeovil, it's full but I know the owner is about to rent another yard. We pay twice what you do up there though, van storage is like rocking horse do do down here.

are you really sure you want it stored so far from home where you can't check on it from time to time?

I noticed lots of caravans stored at the Isle of Avalon campsite in Glastonbury, they might be worth a call.

Got a mate who lives down there Smeble so going to bribe him with ale and leave the keys with him in return for a couple of cursory checks a year!

In case you're not sorted... I stayed at the Old Oaks caravan/camping site last month, which is in Glastonbury and they were advertising storage - don't know what price though...

I use secure storage at Magor, just the Welsh side of the Severn Bridge. £250 a year. http://www.safehaven-caravan-storage.co.uk/

It's not Glastonbury but it's a lot closer and is a good base for doing the South of England and Wales.  Only three miles from the M4.
