What's the usual plan with car parking and which car park you end up in? At other festivals i have been to they usually park you up from the front and work their way backwards however I've heard that it can be random at Glastonbury. I am hoping to arrive at the west and get as close to Gate D as possible so looking at the map - Orange 35-40 or Yellow 31-34 would be ideal car parking spots.... however Pink seems like a bit of a walk!

They fill lots of fields concurrently at peak times - so potentially you can be directed anywhere the stewards send you from the road.  There isn't really a way of avoiding that, other than running the stewards over!

Sadly, you park where you're put.

Plan for a walk of one to two miles with your kit from car to campsite, and if it's less than that, consider it a bonus!

Yeah pink is a slog,  but given a choice wouldn't we all like to be close to the gate!   Pack sensibly and if you can't carry all your kit in one go,  then you may have to make a return trip!
