Hi I am interested however I have read they are non transferable ? Do you know anything about this ?

This is correct - they have the booker's name on them, so that person needs to be in the van on entry (and no doubt will be compared to the person's ticket which is presented at the same time).  Anyone buying a CV ticket will need to go in convoy with the seller so you all go in together.
