Getting to festival site from Castle Cary on Tuesday? (21st, staff question)

Hi all

Im going up to glasto for first time on Tuesday as i'll be working there and was just wondering if anyone know the best way to get from Castle Cary (station) to the festival site?

 On their website it says the shuttle busses are running from Wednesday to Monday only. I've looked up the local busses but it looks like it'll be taking me an additional 2-4 hours on them due to their rarity and long trips. Aswell i can imagine taxis being quite costly too. So if anyone is travelling to/from Castle Cary station or in a similar situation, i wouldn't mind splitting a taxi with them.

Any help or tips would be great!

There is a crew shuttle bus running everytime a train comes in and you dropped in the bus station by gate A, very simples

hi, having the same problem but am travelling to site tomorrow, would there be a bus going from then?

No, the Castle Cary shuttle for Staff starts on Saturday unfortunately so you'll need to make your own way there.
