Hi everyone!

First time at Glastonbury and would like to know if you are able to bring glass with you into the carpark? I understand you cant bring glass into Worthy View but wondering if we are able to keep spirits in our car and fill up plastic bottles with them to take into Worthy View?

Also how close is the Worthy View Carpark to Worthy View?

Thanks :)

I would say no.

In the normal car parks they search cars for glass. It's farmland so if you accidentally drop a bottle & it smashes, even in the car parks, there is a risk an animal could step on it.

So just leave the glass at home as it asks you to.

The no glass rule covers the whole festival site, which would include car parks. Whether or not you get checked in the car parks isn't something I know as I've never driven.

The rule prevents any glass being smashed on the farm land, which therefore prevents any damage to their animals.

It wouldn't make any difference if it was in glass or plastic so best bet is just decant before you arrive.
