Even if their last album was quite disappointing, it wouldn't be a bad line up at all.

The word is weak ahah. Do you guys realise just a second that we could have Radiohead-Foo Fighters-System Of A Down-Green Day-Linkin Park-Kings Of Leon-Major Lazer ? Do you realise how insane it would be ? I'd love to have Pearl Jam cause it's my fav band, but COME ON, Foo Fighters are at the summit of their career, Dave has become one of the most influent rock'n'rollas ever... Belgium waits for them, it would be huge...

Hi guys! I'm new at this forum. I was wondering about how much one day tickets cost and when are they released, at the same time the full festival tickets do or later when the line up is full announced? I'm decided to visit this festival so I can attend to a Radiohead concert finally as long as they aren't coming to Spain in 2017 :( .

Sorry for my terrible english

This year, a day ticket costed 100€, so it's a better plan to take a combi ticket at 226€. If you are passionnated by music, you'll never forget it! The festival is orientated in the direction of music. There are not a huge amount of activities like galleries to explore etc, but you can have a great time with food, beer, and trying to speak dutch in your "free time". Day tickets are sold in few weeks, so it's dangerous to wait. But combi tickets take more time to be sold. Last year you could even buy a combi ticket on 29th june x) (but the lineup was not as good as previous years)

Is a bit more expensive than I thought but I'm sure it's really worth, I also considered the option of attending to the full festival but a single day ticket fits better into my plans as I was planning to do an Interrail in Belgium-Netherlands so I can visit Brussels, Amsterdam, Bruges and then doing a stop in the festival for Radiohead. I'm also going to Primavera Sound here in Spain (my favourite festival) and I don't have infinite money :/

Something like the following is suddenly an extremely realistic option:

  • Thu: The National - Foo Fighters - Major Lazer
  • Fri: The XX - Radiohead
  • Sat: Oscar & The Wolf - SOAD - Arcade Fire
  • Sun: Bastille - Kings of Leon - Green Day

It's still dreaming and reality probably will be a little less awesome, but these are all acts touring next Summer so who knows...

In other news: next Friday is a bank holiday in Belgium. So if we're getting RW news next week, it'll be Thursday at the latest. Also at the end of October Graspop said news would be coming soon, so I'm expecting them in the next 2 weeks as well.

Green Day is not probable for sunday, but thursday ! I'd see something similar, like :

Linkin Park - Green Day - Major Lazer

The XX - Bastille - Radiohead

Oscar and the Wolf - System of a Down - Foo Fighters

The National - Kings of Leon - Arcade Fire

In both cases that would be something...

T'es très optimiste :D

I doubt Linkin Park will be there. It's more Grasspop material, specially since it's not an awesome year for metal this year.

I don't think either SOAD and FF will co-headline together.

Thursday

Greenday

Blink 182

Friday

Sunday

Foo Fighters

Pixies

dance acts - major lazer, Jack U closing Thursday and Saturday

Any reason why not? They both played in the last 5 years in high spots. Both are due another appearance

I haven't heard anything about Pixies being in Europe next summer and Volbeat headlined Graspop this year and are touring Europe non-stop these days. I hope you're right though as I love both bands....

I used the "see translation" option in Facebook to Pinkpop announcement and somehow it translated to Grasspop Metal Meeting. Weird isnt it? The date, location and everything else was accurate to Pinkpop.

Also in italian they translate pinkpop --> graspop. Don't know why but I notice the same also last year.

I'm thinking maybe as that passport only had one page before Nos that Glasto it is and not Werchter, unless it's not like that

They still owe Werchter one, so they wouldn't skip Belgium if they're in Europe that weekend. Certainty in my book.

Also Arcade Fire in Europe mid-June.
