Sunfall/ Brockwell park festivals

So, I have been living around the back of Brockwell for a while now and only discovered recently they host festivals.

Sunfall line up looks decent but curious to know what festival hosted there are like. 

Ive experience a lot of sound issues at festivals host in residential areas and curious to know if Brockwell experiences similar. I was surpised how little I heard of Found.

Is it worth 50 quid to go to a fest there?
