With you there Gumby.  Unless someone shows me a photo I genuinely have no idea what I'm looking like until I get home!  Probably best kept that way, I feel

Hi Geezers and Geezeresses!! How we all doing?

I'm just about recovered from Kendal calling (note the spelling @Milky Joe ). I had an amazing time, much better than last year. I'm now terrified about Tday!

Sat in Filey in a tent with good mates so I'll try to check in signal permitting.

Highlights were Molotov Jukebox, Teleman, Lancashire Hotpots, the last 15 minutes of Will Varley, Darkness, Hives, Micky P Kerr, Baggy Monday's, Milburn... I could go on and on! Everyone except Kelis were great. The people were a lot more like Glastonbury punters and not off their faces and rude. I danced like a loon and still have a numb toe. I sang at the top of my voice and therefore lost it! It was just brilliant mate!

My favouritist restaurant if you like Chinese is Ming-Wahs. Lovely family run place. I lived in Weymouth for 10 years. Also the pavilion on the sea front, also Chinese. Have a great time x

Cheers, CG  We'll be just along the coast at Eweleaze farm in Osmington. Been a few times before, really nice spot. I'll suggest that, see if Chinese is popular

@Wanderlei I haven't been to Boomtown therefore I have no advice to give unfortunately, however word is it's awesome so have a fantastic time

Have a good one @mr gumby! I've been trying to get the other half to come and do some proper camping with me to no avail - she's prepared to do it at Glasto and that's that!

Always fancied Eweleaze, I know people that go every year and it always sounds lovely. One year I will make it there!

Boomtown is on the list for me, but not this year unfotunately. I know a lot of people that go and say it is the best! (They havent been to glastonbury though). It's a Glastonbury friends second favourite festival though, so must be good

This thread is moving slowly today. Are we all out having real life fun? Today I have mostly been to Whitby, then to the clubhouse to play musical bingo and actual bingo. I did not win however I feel like a winner as I have drank lots of wine already and having a laugh trying to keep the tent from blowing away!

 I wish CG! Things are ramping up at work now the honeymoon period's over, so they're making me be productive instead of chatting rubbish! Sounds like you're having enough fun for all of us though!

But, planned the calendar out until Christmas and have enough gigs to keep me happy! Pilton Party (King Eider, Blossoms, Fatboy), Always The Sun fest in Guildford (Allergies, Dub Pistols, Hugh Cornwell, Turin Brakes), then Honeyblood, Chainska Brassika, Bear's Den and finally Ferocious Dog supporting Levellers to round off the year.

Should see me through to Christmas!

And nice to see you back @tommywillo, glad you had a good fest old boy
