Has anyone else got a coach ticket package for EOTR from National Express? I'm coming from Ireland and the only option for tickets was this as the EOTR website demands a valid UK postcode regardless of country selected. I've the eticket for the NE coach but no sign of the festival ticket. Does it get given on the coach or emailed seperate later does anyone know? Thanks.

They've given me conflicting info on whether it is posted out or if I pick it up at the festival. Trying to get them to confirm which it is but they've not gotten back to me. Tried the festival ticket info email address too without a response. Would be very useful if someone whose gotten it in the past could weigh in
