Also loving how much the Dem’s new tactic of simply Republicans ‘weird’ seems to be absolutely boiling their piss. -

The closer we get to the election and the more it looks like Trump might lose the more gloves off he’s becoming and downright ignoring the rules he himself laid down on the platform in an attempt to turn the tides on the election. Really is a pathetic loser desperate for attention and power. But hey, as long as Catturd and End Wokeness are on his side. -
I was at Rock En Seine last year. They replaced Florence + The Machine with Cypress Hill and offered the day ticket holders the possibility to ask for a refund. But this isn't my point. The two main bands of a certain day canceling is a real misfortune and a very difficult situation to manage. The replacements (especially one) go to a precise direction, to please a certain part of their audience and penalize another, while the other festivals in the same situation got Jack White, Pixies, Air, James Blake. It's a legitimate choice and they probably took the most working solution but they perfectly know that a portion of their audience would have been disappointed. Anyways, happy for Big Special, I've got a lot of acts to see over the weekend!

Yes exactly, which fans of pop music have not traditionally attended.… It’s what ultimately killed v festival…if now nearly 10 years ago It may well be a different world now, if it is though, it’s most certainly not what it’s always been. Like with Del Rey, if the demand is there the day will sell like hot cakes, she’s not going to single handedly sell out the weekend like Arctic Monkeys did though

So the actual booked bands aren’t responsible for selling tickets to the festival 🤔?! It’s a fair point in that she would be a great headliner for that demographic though and her alongside two more established boomer acts as per this year would work well re appealing to everyone. Stick Chemical Bros on the dance stage for the old folk, jobs a goodun
