Unsual ticket buying question

If you get through to the ticket buying question can you buy tickets for 6 people not including yourself (as long as you have their numbers and post codes)

So for example if somebody else has already bought a ticket for me, can I still buy tickets for other people. 

Also, what happens if I try to buy a ticket for somebody who's already been bought a ticket by another person.

You can buy tickets for anyone, you don't have to be trying for tickets yourself. As long as you have their details and a way of paying you're fine. Many people enlist friends or family to try for them.

If you try using a registration number that has already been used you'll find yourself back on the registration page with a message to that effect. You can't proceed until that registration has been deleted. It's best not to have registrations duplicated in groups though, as the delay could prove very costly.
