Hi there,

My ninth Glastonbury next year but my first by coach, booked from Birmingham last night. Can anyone who's done this before please tell me:-

what time have the coach departures been in past years?

and

were they from Digbeth coach station?

Thanks.

If the birmingham coach is like london it should have said the times whilst booking?

I didn't get mine last night but have used Birmingham coaches a few times.

The departures have been throughout the day, I think we've had around 6am, 10am, and 2pm so far

The normal departure is the bus stops alongside the Town Hall but due to the Paradise Circus road works in June this year they went from the stops just down the road nearer New Street. I'd be pretty confident they'll be back to the Town Hall in 2017. They've not used Digbeth in the last 5 years at least

No, because there's only the one coach from Birmingham. The confirmation e-mail says times are given for the Bristol and London coaches because they have multiple departures but apparently not from anywhere else.

I'm asking about the Thursday bus, by the way.

OK, so I've only got Wednesday coaches but from friends who have Thursday they operate the same, ie multiple coaches at multiple times throughout the day. It's just a lottery of what time coach you get allocated....there won't just be one coach/time

yep, afraid so, your departure time will normally appear online before you get the email

so, it is worth checking on the seetickets customer service page periodically from late March to see if your departure time is showing

I know it all sounds like hassle, but you've got a ticket !!!!! enjoy
