ad-free subscriptions double-payments

I've just had someone get in touch to say they've made a double-payment with their subscription, and when looking at that I've seen the same has happened with a number of others too. I'll of course refund those payments (I'll be doing it shortly).

I'm guessing these have happened for the same reason as previously, that some people who have an auto-payment set-up also manually paid when they received the auto-generated invoice for renewal.

Anyway, apologies for the inconvenience.
