Maybe he literally doesn't even know they're off hiatus and that's why he's released his solo stuff. Will he know to turn up on tour with them? Stay tuned.

I  am going to read a massive yes, to that. they would have known for a long time if they were playing, so why say I don't know. If it was a no they would just say no.  Saying i don't know to me is basically a yes but contractually i can't say. Of course they know

As far as I can tell its Berlin and Helsinki. The map has been changed to incorporate the later, in fact.
