Massively strange.....one that another fest could just about get away with. They are free but a bit too free! 1 minute ago, DRNODRNO said: 3000K?? haha

It's a heavy band and probably too heavy for Truck but very unrealistic too....but the band aren't an exclusive in the UK. It's probably WAY out! and they are too big for it to be honest but so were The Libs it would be said for Tramlines Biffy? Unlikely i think! That wasn't a shock considering Tramlines announced them. Defo not for me though, Tramlines better for me also.
liam_king_
Best line up of the year so far

Someone posted something about it being a good announcement for those in their early-mid twenties. Given when The Libs and FF were big, it's mid thirties. dentalplan
Think they've done a job with a particular market there. Looks quite good for the price. But by God, do I feel old now the mid-sized festivals have bands from my youth (mid-twenties, not mid-thirties) headlining en masse. Also, there's a band called 'Peaness'? Eff off. Sorry, I know this is a Truck forum but now I've got your attention and it's run by the same people so a vaguely related question! Any clues on who's playing Y Not? McCor
For £90, that's a bargain. And there's more to come...

rawaudioinput
Fantastic for the price, I can't see tickets hanging about for long with that trio of headliners Happy to be heading back there!
jonnyx
I'm pretty disappointed with Franz though. They are a total boner killer. Can they even sell out an academy tour anymore? I also thought the Vaccines were pish at Reading too. That guy was dead behind the eyes. They were terrible. So its YEY! the Libertines, but meh! them two also. foolee
Very good for the price and pretty happy with the lineup. I think Kendall, this, Victorious and Y Not will take a lot of Reading and Leeds punters away.

I feel it got possibly all the older acts for people to see all is one year and then was left with a bit of nothing. Kendall and Tramlines get a little vote although Kendall is far away. Y Not will probably feel similar to Kendall.
peruvianjoco
is it me or are the wombats bigger than franz ferdinand and the vaccines?
McCor
I've got Glastonbury before this, so will be planning my line up around both. Happy that a lot of the bands are actually playing in Oxford before the festival anyway!!!!!!

gregory
Great line-up for the price, Libs are recent R&L headliners, and Franz are great live and have a great back-catalogue.
