had 5 ticket stubs, so can't imagine I'd need any more proof.

Pretty sure they've said if you didn't put your face in a picture with ticket stubs etc they won't accept you to avoid peole using the same evidence. So if your face wasn't in it, I'd go back and re do it.

I sent screenshts of all my confirmation emails and the booking references from ticketmaster. Wasn't good enough so I've resubmitted with booking refs and a pic of me with the wristbands I have. Poor sods having to look at 5 pics of my boat race, especially as I posed specially for each one

Is there a specific email address that you sent that info to?

They sent me an email with a link on it. I think I had 2 weeks to respond. If you haven't had an email I would chase them but I wouldn't have a clue who to contact to do it.
