e ticket question

i received an email like many of you regarding making payment for the remainder of the ticket balance. My question is what does this mean?  

The balance due is £188 (plus a £5 booking fee) per person; plus a £1.50 transaction fee for your e-ticket. 

i get the £188 for the ticket and the booking fee ,but whats the £1.50 for and are we going to have to print our tickets ourselves this year?

E ticket will be to get you on the coach, and you'll then collect your actual proper ticket on the coach itself

A 'convenience fee' to print off e-tickets is utterly insane, mind

i don't mind it because im chuffed to get a ticket ,but £1.50 so i can print off my own ticket is having a laugh
