ramragon
If anyone wants early bird tickets for 2018 they're available on a 15 month payment scheme now, campervan also available and thursday tickets but not emperors yet. I'd hurry though https://kendalcalling.ticketline.co.uk/order/tickets/step/tickets/13326032/kendal-calling-2018-15-month-payment-plan-cumbria-lowther-deer-park-2018-07-27-09-00-

Port-a-loo Pete
I can't see any option for live-in vehicle pass, have they all gone already ??? Edit: Found them !! ;-) Edited April 25, 2017 by Port-a-loo Pete
jamj
I thought the same then found them, thought maybe it was a good thing that you had to purchase weekend tickets before going through to the live in ticket option page, but nah you can buy without. bottonrob
I've purchased ours (at an eye watering £900+ before emperors!) merely because it says you get an early bird link for the emperors. for note the adult ticket comes through at £133.
SloopJohnB
This really is taking the piss!!
thurlow84
I cant afford to buy these until next week so will just have to risk missing out on emperors field tickets this year
Port-a-loo Pete
£8pm on the direct debit scheme is great though, can't say I'll miss that! I'd quite happily pay £8pm for life and have my ticket delivered before the festival every year !!
ramragon
Yeah it's a good option to take if you were gonna go anyway, like you say £8 a month is nothing really
jamj
I agree, that's that sorted now then! and I got a live in ticket for the first time just in case there is some farce with emperors, I've never had a problem getting emperors but do read all the complaints each year and think one year that will be me! Will sort the emporers when they come on. Haven't sent the lovely Belinda a facebook message for a while actually or hid in her garden tree that has that great view into her bedroom window. ramragon
It's £11.15 a month with the thursday ticket on. Still not loads. This year's thursday line up gives me hope they're investing in the thursday going forward

Do you get people people without live in vehicles camping in a pitch? I know it says 'Only cars towing caravans will be permitted entry' but it doesn't say on the booking page that tents aren't allowed. What's to stop a number of punters walking in with a 7m x 7m tent? ramragon
I've got a feeling they stopped that last year, previous years were rediculous an I old have actually recommended people with big tents getting a campervan ticket rather than emperors. You could park up and pitch up next to the car. Drive out when you wanted cos there were fire breaks either side and everyone set up in logical lines. I think more and more people caught on to this so they tried to tighten up last year.
LOCHLAND5
they sent everyone in the camper field an email last year ............ come clean if you are using a tent or a non sleeper vehicle and we will transfer you to emperor now or if you wait until the festival you will not gain access to camper van field and you will be escorted to general camping . apparently alot switched to emperor. ramragon
Probably the best thing they could have done, 2 or 3 years ago there were loads of big tents in the field,

Lowther Calling
Nothing stopping you turning up with a small motorhome van and whacking a massive tent of the side of it?
