What used to be called the Chill and Charge tent is now named on this year's map as the rather catchy Recharge and Juice Tube Power Bank Exchange. So I think it's fair to say that they will.

Seen people standing in the queue for hours just to charge a phone.. Surely there's better things to do with the time.. Also you can't really really need a phone all the time at a festival.. 

Also if you go to the got it all store near the beat hotel.. Or for people that need to be precise.. Near the beat hotel walking towards the JP stage. I believe they charge your phone for a few pounds.. AND you don't have to wait you can leave it and go back later..... I know this cos my brother can't live without his phone and this is what he did last year.

The juice bar exchange is really quick though. Last time I realised that you might approach a big queue, but it was moving so fast it was almost like carrying on walking up to the counter!

 I thought they were dead handy last time and I'll ask about another one in ee this weekend and weigh it up against getting a generic charger that'll re-boost me 4-5 times during the festival. It's going to come down to which is cheaper rather than the inconvenience of going to the ee tent - because the ee tent is really no hassle at all if you're using the exchange.

waiting to charge up is a non starter for me though - I'd rather go without the phone than waste time waiting for the phone to come back to life.

Some of the old ones did so they recalled them all. They have different ones now.

The festival ones weren't the ones that blew up.  Similar power bars, but for reasons I can't remember, the festival ones were okay.

Yes, the recalled them. 

I think the EE power bars are a con, to be honest. You can't use last years, which is financially dubious and environmentally horrifying as people will just chuck them away. Get an Anker and you won't look back.
