Depends how confident they are in the pitch covering stuff used for gigs I guess.
Be awkward if they rip it up straight away doing a McCartney show to open the gaff and have to lay a replacement.
First names for Mad Cool Festival in July. Maybe some of these could be around for a Worthy Farm trip...
Also any guesses for who the extra headliner with O-Rod and KoL might be?
I'm not necessarily opposed to it either, but it does seem as though after scrapping the album and using the singles for the Rebel Diamonds greatest hits parade, at what point do we think they'd have a better use of their time returning to the studio to make the next album?
I'm aware realistically they have the back catalogue to just play wherever they want, but it seems a bit being stuck on a loop.
Saying that, and as said, seems like we've been waiting a bit for the initially broadcast idea of a new Flowers solo LP.
I'm not convinced it is Muse - surely if they've already been announced for 5 festival shows in Europe in June, they don't need to be held back by both Mad Cool and NOS Alive?
I'm not sure who else it could be though. Paramore? System of a Down? Maybe some other big name we haven't previously considered?
