Apologies if there is a thread on this already - but did anyone manage to get into the new Arrivals stage in Shangri-La this year? It was the new South-Asian stage. I didn't manage to, but would love to try and get in there at some point next year.
I walked past it once and there was a bit of a queue - also felt it was very easy to walk past and not even notice it - as from memory it was a small entrance to the side just before the Truth stage to the left as you're walking through - with the tent behind the small entrance so you couldn't even see it.
Anyway I'd love to hear your stories if you made it in, what it was like, how big was it and will you be making a point of going next year?
thanks!

Bearded really is the best of the best - I have no idea why it does not sell out really fast like some other festivals do not that I am complaining cos it means we are always guaranteed to get tickets.
Last trains out of Portsmouth are surprisingly early (11pm ish I think), but I'm not sure if they put on extras during the fest.
(I have the same problem the other way when I go to gigs in London. I'm sure I used to be able to get a train in the early hours a few years ago but now I have to stay over, leave early and/or leg it to Waterloo for the last train.)
Any one think APE is a potential blocker of the Maccabees being at Glastonbury given it's advertised as a "reunion show" and "getting back together to headline" and Glastonbury takes place before it?
