Ticket problem

My Cousins rang to see if her tickets had been dispatched, gave name and booking reference but they said the address was incorrect and it had been changed in May but couldn't disclose the full address but it was in Liverpool and the tickets had been signed for by someone second name Murphy. She's logged onto her see tickets account and her address is still her own but theres no order of Glasto ticket. She's spoke to see tickets but they've not been able to give her much help and told her to contact Glasto see tickets department! Any ideas / help?

She needs to use the reference number on her email confirmation for Glastonbury Tickets. They don't show in the See Tickets account.

Oh shit, that's a nightmare for your cousin mate. Be interesting to know how this came about. I hope you manage to get it sorted

When a delivery address has been changed, See normally email the account holder to verify it, before they dispatch the ticket. Several people on this forum have reported receiving these emails when they've had to change their delivery address. If See didn't verify the May change of address with your cousin, then I would say this is their failure and so they should sort it out. To be fair, I've found that they're usually quite helpful, so I'm sure your cousin will still get to Glastonbury :-) Good luck.
