I guess it's so hard to be objective about these things. I loved the line-up this year... the headliners especially were a crazy clash fest. And now this... pretty much my three least favourite largish artists in the alternative music space, plus Caribou who I loved 15 years ago but for me have really lost it. I'm sure the undercard will be amazing as usual and I'm excited by Ela Minus, Lisa O'Neil and Throwing Muses... but other than Father John Misty (who I accept is popular but just don't get) I don't understand what any of these artists have done in recent years to merit being elevated to headliners.

Roskilde is shaping up quite nicely. They’ve still got a couple of headliners to go so I’m interested to see who they book

Yeah I was in the tent that year - a real case of being booked for the wrong stage. from what i was told, they had to block the area off and inside it felt like they must’ve because people were getting crushed. a family (young girl - clearly a fan - and parents) had to leave halfway through over the barriers because they were struggling to cope. it was just two months after Heathens, so arguably the peak “buzz” they had

Honestly sziget is better off without Fatboy Slim. Saw him last year and the show was truly awful.   but then again.. given the direction sziget is heading in, maybe it would work.

Surely Chevron is Rudimental no? Although would make more sense to have a rap headline against Chappell/ Hozier.
