Camper Van East Drop Off & Blue Route Question?

Hi all, first time to Glasto this year so very excited but just wanted some advice on 2 areas?

I plan to arrive with our Camper on Wednesday PM from Wales, taking the Blue Route would you recommend avoiding the A39 from the M5? Maybe take the next junction down and use the A372 or A361 instead?

Also my wife plans to join us on Friday AM and is being dropped off, will she be able to access the Camper Van East fields to meet us? Or will she have to get dropped off at the Bath Showgrounds and get the bus to gate A, then walk to the CV east fields?

I can only help with the second question. Your wife needs to be dropped off at Bath & West and then get a shuttle to Gate A. Its a fair hike to CV East!
