I guess it depends who gets announced. I don't think weekend tickets have completely sold out in recent years however with Glasto having a break they could do this year, especially if they have booked a solid line up.

No substantial rumours. 

No connections. 

No hints.

Hoping that the lack of substantial rumors/hints means they're going to knock it out of the park with their announcement this year. Maybe there is a reason they are being super tight lipped. We usually have a few rumors by this stage in the game I'm sure? I think we're due a belter with the last few years line ups being a bit mediocre. I love the festival and will attend regardless but it would be great to get a solid line up.

 

Fleetwood Mac on the Sunday maybe? I can dream.

I think Fleet Foxes went up as a strong rumour early on cos they announced a show in Ireland on the Friday or something.

Madness have announced a UK tour of outside venues with the Latitude Sunday free. Sunday headliner maybe?

Picture this: last night of the festival, you have your £30 bottle of bubbly from Waitrose and your £15 fish and chips soundtracked by Suggs and Co. singing It Must be Love. Sounds very Latitude-y to me

Interestingly, suggs just got interviewed on Radio x and didn't mention it...

I want it to be wrong as much as the next person, however based on previous years there isn't much crossover. 

Based on MGMTs dates, they would have to play Sunday at Latitude, which I suppose is still possible so they're on the very unlikely pile rather than completely ruled out, afterall I know as much as the next person.

I can just imagine Festival Republic angrily shaking their fists at the APE festival organisers every time APE announce...
