A price rise of £20 isn't even 2.5 pints at the bar. I don't want them to hike it up and price people out but I think we all need to be realistic that costs for staff and infrastructure have gone up massively, artists now find live performances their main source of income (so are rightly demanding bigger fees). The festival is in a tricky place here. But the coach prices - they can get in the sea (tickets). -

It doesn't rule Biffy Clyro out of the IOW yet, they could be playing Saturday or Sunday there. If they booked Biffy again, they need to be booked on the Friday night just to get them gone because they aren't for Download and the crowd speaks volumes to confirm that. -
Yeah just said that elsewhere, surely Sting isn’t headlining outright.

Slipknot, Volbeat and DTH would be one of the least uninspired Headliner Trios I could imagine, although not impossible. I think Volbeat is almost a given since we know that they will be touring, for the last headliner I think Foo Fighters or Linkin Park have good odds of appearing
