I've done it multiple times and it's still identifying me as a bot. It appears you can only get the "Oh no! Tickets are unavailable" page about three times before it decides you're a bot, and that you cannot access any ticket options.

I'm sure it varies but that didn't work for me during Oasis week.  Took about 10 days to correct itself.

Ultimately, Springsteen is the deal breaker next week - and that will be far harder. But this is still a pest.

Need a direct hotline to AXS headquarters so I can chunter at them.

Telling you to try using a vpn isn't going to do much good then!😁

Definitely not 🤣

It's bot-tagged me in airplane mode now. Seems to be only a certain number of times you can try for tickets, even when unavailable, before it throws you to the wolves. Seems to do it quicker than TM too.

Every time it happens, just go in and out of Airplane mode again and you should be okay.

Hasn't quite worked, but has done. Terrific tip, thank you for this.

Still no further on. I know that the systems cannot refresh fast enough to say when a price bracket is no longer available, but it is wrenching when it says otherwise and you discover that's not the case.

I got the dreaded bot message on AXS too but got straight through to TM and managed to get standing tickets for Murrayfield. A lot less hassle than Oasis but my bank account is crying.
I'm not happy about the price but it's a total one off for a legend.

I haven't seen Billy Joel before and I'm usually happy to pay a "hometown tax" on big acts that save me hundreds of pounds travelling to London, as I've done for acts like Springsteen in the past.

That's fair enough. Definitely helps to have the local flavour.

If he is as good as he was at Wembley a few years ago, you're in for a treat.
