I once saw Mac DeMarco at Rough Trade East, and then made it to the Royal Festival Hall to see Sufjan Stevens after that. I was pretty chuffed.

Cannot speak for other shows, but sales for Scissor Sisters in Leeds have not rocketed out.

 

Imagine it'll pick up a few buys on the way, but can't picture this one selling out well in advance.

The Manchester one isn’t selling well, a few others seem to be moving. 
 

took a look at Leeds and it looks like they haven’t put all the seats on sale.

Some look to be going quicker than others. London looks to have sold well. I was talking with a friend who lives in Cardiff about going there and that seems to be shifting slowly.

 

EDIT: On Ticketmaster, Bournemouth and Cardiff look to have sold quicker than others. Maybe I got Cardiff wrong.

They were trying to make it seem that it was selling well by touting the pre sales had sold out. But Im sure it wasnt a huge allotment of tickets.

Leeds sales are warped a bit by the fact they've swapped over to AXS as main provider but haven't completely but TM out to pasture either.

I did wonder if Scissor Sisters were being a bit ambitious with that tour, but then again I was defending The Wombats doing an arena tour the other day so clearly I'm just taking random punts!

Leeds may be the third-biggest city in the country, but you do find tours calling there and Manchester can sometimes eat into each other.

Think they are going to have to block off large sections, this is Manchester on ticket master, some blocks are almost gone, but there is quite a few where only 1 or 2 seats have gone.

 

 

They would have been better doing academy's or doing less shows.

When you go into the detailed seat map, Brum hasn't done too badly. Glasgow looked about the same, when in reality, they've shifted a good whack.

 

Manchester looks like a honking one though

I'll wait for last minute cheap tickets as I'm only interested in the opener. So poor ticket sale is good news for me.

Are you sure that’s not because they have split the tickets between multiple agencies if you add all the ticket sellers together then it might be a different story.

Some look in better shape than others tbf. Bournemouth looks basically sold out, for instance, though smaller venue so makes sense.

The front blocks look to have sold ok but yeah the 300s look pretty sparse at best.

 

Like you I wouldn't be surprised if those get shut off.
