I did think the arena show was cheaper tbf.

Although would've thought The Streets was a big name support act to be going on with.

Just looked back, £79 with all fees.

The Streets are good if you like them, I don't! But blossoms are a favourite so this one has more appeal to me

It was £75 to see Kasabian on their own at Co-Op, so adding Blossoms and the novelty of seeing them at such a small venue it kind of fits in context

Got myself sorted on the pre sale this morning, train sale made it cheap for travel and got a reasonable hotel rate. Looking forward to it

Nothing is convincing me a Kasabian gig at £90 us a good shout whether Blossoms are supporting or not. They're aren't a massive deal really, they've done special guest after afternoon opening slot at likes of Victorious.

Depends what you like really. They did the 02 and co-op and that's where we are for that size of gig

Just paid £70 for Basement Jaxx at Dreamland.  I don't think many big gigs will be much cheaper than that this year sadly.

They tier the pricing right at Dreamland? (margate i assume right?)

Surprised given its only £63 in London at crystal palace. Mad pricing

Sometimes they do tiered pricing but not for this - just checked its actually £66.60 with fees which is still madness haha
Quality venue though, outside stage in the amusement park.

The concert will stream on like every available platform and there will be many more artists to be announced.

Hollywood Reporter initially claimed U2 were in talks, although that's been walked back in an update.

But yeah I can imagine. Be curious to see how it works with 2 arenas being used simultaneously for this.

I can understand the need for financial  help for the fire damaged areas but there’s other areas of the world at the moment in really desperate need of medical and food aid even before they start reconstruction . A fund raising event from some of these artists for them would be a good idea.

this is like when Notre Dame burnt down. Things will selectively be chosen to raise money for. It sucks but thats how it goes. Tickets gonna be high priced anyway.

New Snow Patrol dates make Sunday at Glastonbury most likely I think unless they play 3 days in a row. Friday out though.
