Looking forward to seeing these at Kendal Calling, I saw them once before at V years ago, but wasn't that into them then. Since that singles collection came out last year I know a lot more songs

I saw them at the Cardiff Tramshed last year - really enjoyed them. Obviously it’s not Tom Hingley singing with them now, but then again he was never the greatest frontman, and it’s all about Clint Boon and his Farfisa

Reckon we might get a glut of large tours this coming week, then potentially level out on the run-up to Christmas. Seems to be seldom much announced shortly after the new year, so if there are big dates to announce, they may be coming now.

Not sure. There‘s usually been a lot end of November and early December as well. Mostly due to festivals stacking up their lineups.

It's usually the way that most of the big stuff is announced over November/December and a little extra stragglers in February/March.

Not always tbf. U2 announced their Joshua Tree tour in January 2017 pretty much straight after New Year's, with Killers at Hyde Park announced just after.

There are some rumors going on several fanforums of tours to be announced from Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, U2, AC/DC, Beyonce and Pearl Jam.... 🤞

Were did you see latest rumors for PJ and U2? Those sources dried out. Stones and Macca also probably won‘t announce this side of Christmas. AC/DC is 50:50. Do you have more insight?

I'd heard McCartney will announce formally in the new year - though if he is indeed doing outdoor shows in the UK, I expect he'll tease them at the arenas.

When was the last time McCartney actually played outdoors here bar Glastonbury? Looks like it might have been 2010, which seems incredible.

God sake that's as awful tour. Why would Deftones be couples with Weezer. If Glastonbury don't have Weezer now. Either them or Download surely.

You think pairing Deftones and Weezer is awful? Blimey. I think it's a great night for big riffs!

I'm not a fan at all of Deftones. Weezer yes. One is an alternative metal band, one is rock band and not a heavy one. I think back to the Green Day tour that had Fall Out Boy and Weezer on it, I'd have never out Deftones on it because the genre crossover is so different.
