I did think we'd get one name out before Christmas tbf. And one actual headliner rather than just Sir Rod plus the one/two others who've let the cat out of the bag by themselves.
Still, it's usually the way we hear more in Feb/Mar time. So it's not that unprecedented for Glastonbury to leave us hanging.
Last year we got 13 extra smaller acts alongside the day splits. The biggest to my memory were Vukovi/Bleed From Within I think? So maybe a dozen or so smaller acts again could be on the cards
With so little gossip around at the minute, debating the aridification of the American South West almost feels like it's on topic.
But yeah there's probably other areas of the site where we can do that.
Feel like we're still waiting on news of what they're up to tbf. There was a rumour of Wolf Alice returning with an APE show in the All Points East thread but nothing yet.
Yungblud feels like he's just gonna turn up at his own MK festival from here on out at this rate.
I think they could but it feels likelier that if they are still negotiating a show in Spain, it's a sign it won't be at an established festival. At the very least I strongly doubt they're going to be washing up at Mad Cool thanks to history and a claim that the missing headliner is announced, just not yet cleared to be announced.
Ofc this is presuming that is the case and that the account is not in fact just giving false hope to Spanish Green Day fans.
