Alright I'm pretty sure Slipknot will not headline because they just don't appeal to a wide audience so in that case I will put

Friday

MS: Travis Scott /Catfish & The Bottlemen // The Streets // Gerry Cinnamon

R1: Courteeners  // R1D: Odesza // TP: Bullet for my Valentine// FR: Vistas //R1xtra: Bakar

Saturday:

MS: Foals // Billie Eilish // Cage The Elephant

R1: Milky Chance // R1D: Lauv // TP: Killswitch Engage // FR: Metronomy //R1xtra: Aitch

Sunday :

MS: Tame Impala / Tyler the Creator // Vampire Weekend // Brockhampton

R1: Skrillex // R1D: Oliver Heldans // LU: Cypress Hill //FR: La Femme// R1xtra: Kojey Radical

Courteeners are far too big to be in the R1 at Leeds, that would be dangerous. They will either sub or (more likely) do a co-headline where they headline Leeds and sub Reading

I think Tame could co headline but not headline outright. It’s pretty mad that Kevin has toured heavily this year with no album out.

I don’t think they will be there in 2020 as there are too many other options.

I’d put money on the Killers, Travis Scott and Billie Eilish being there.

Dua Lipa isn’t my thing at all but I happened to be sat down towards the back when she was on and she was okay. Huge crowd. This year Anderson .Paak for example was one of my most anticipated acts and I was right in the crowd for. He was very very good, yet had a poor crowd. I know which one they’d take the chance on booking again in a high slot and it ain’t Andy.

My early guess (Reading main stage only):

Friday:

STORMZY

Catfish and the Bottlemen

Gerry Cinnamon

Jimmy Eat World

Saturday:

TRAVIS SCOTT/BILLIE EILISH

The Vaccines

Lewis Capaldi

Sunday:

THE STROKES

Bring Me The Horizon

AJ Tracey

Don Broco

I don't think they will be doing 3/4 headliners none indie/rock for a fair few years yet, I hope anyway. Mind you with The Strokes i'd be pretty blinded regarding the rest of the lineup.

Combat Sports is better than English Graffiti but I think they're better off doing the headline circuit for stuff like Y Not every other year.

Absolutely push Nothing But Thieves and Frank Carter higher.

NBT are absolutely fucking quality, hope they get to headline size at one point

Has there been any sign of new music from them lately? It's been what, two years since Broken Machine came out?

I reckon they could easily do 4th down on Main with a new album, maybe even 3rd if it blows up. They subbed NME last time so they're already in that sort of ballpark.

had an EP out in Septemberish time

The Frank Carter crowd was tiny and, beyond the front, completely disinterested. It’s dated, stayed stuff

I’d much rather see the Vaccines myself and I don’t want to see the Vaccines

Frank Carter dated? There are some unbelievably poor takes on this thread.
