Can you still go into town and bring a couple crates in?

Hi

Haven't been IOW since 2014 and you used to be able to go into town and grab a couple crates and bring back if you ran out? Does that still apply anyone know?

I've preordered some crates to pick up when I arrive but don't think it will be enough! :)
